    The ICDA Leadership in Career Development Awards will be given at the Spring Conference this year.  Nominations are now open for this award.  The goals of the Leadership in Career Development Awards are

    • Bring recognition to the organizations and people that contribute
    • Bring attention to the importance education and career choices play in people’s lives

    The Spring Conference will be on Friday, April 3rd at the Best Western Boise Airport (for those of you who attended last year, this is the same location).

    Put this on your calendar.  We are getting speakers lined up and it should be a valuable experience for everyone!

    November is National Career Development Month. Each year, this provides an opportunity to increase public awareness about the importance of lifelong career development and making informed education and career decisions. In celebration, the Idaho Career Development Association (ICDA) www.idahocda.org has secured a proclamation declaring November as Career Development Month in Idaho!
