What is Dependable Strengths?
A simple belief...that every person has a form of excellence deep within them. This excellence can be identified and brought to awareness, enabling the person to do their best work, experience career and life satisfaction, and make their greatest contribution to the world.
An in-depth process...for identifying this excellence within each individual. In a planned sequence of experiences, participants identify their unique pattern of core talents, skills, and abilities - their Dependable Strengths - which unlocks their hidden potential, provides career and life direction, and puts them in touch with their “best self."
