Tami Palmer

Executive Director, The Center on Dependable Strengths

Tami Palmer has worked in the Career Development Field for more than 35 years.  As Deputy Director of the Washington Career Information Delivery System (known as WOIS) she first became familiar with the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process in the early 1990s when WOIS was asked to computerize a portion of the process.  Tami continued to do projects with Dependable Strengths over the years, and in 2010 WOIS took over the administrative functions of the Center for Dependable Strengths, with Tami as supervisor of the support team.  Tami has been trained as a Dependable Strength facilitator and is working her way through the certification process to become a Dependable Strengths Master Trainer.  In July 2013, Tami became Executive Director of the Center for Dependable Strengths.
