Join us for the Career Development Month proclamation, signing and awards ceremony!

Where: State Capitol - Governor’s Ceremonial Rm.  

When: November 21st 12:30 pm

Who: First Lady Lori Otter will read and present the proclamation

Awards: ICDA will award its Leadership in Career Development Award to the State Board of Education and the legislators who worked on the bill, Representative Phyllis King, Senator Dean Mortimer, Senator Patrick, Senator Van Orden, and Representative Demordaunt for their work and assistance with the passage of HO618.  Line item 3 of this bill provides $5,000,000 for academic and college or career advisors and student mentors to be implemented according to Sections 33-1002(s) and 33-1212A, Idaho Code

Time is reserved for refreshments, and networking in the Rotunda proceeding and after the signing.

 Idaho Counseling Association is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for the events that meet NBCC requirements.  The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program
